ACHE 90-Day Member Retention Campaign

The American College of Healthcare Executives has an attrition problem. They're fantastic at attracting new members—they get thousands every month—but they struggle to keep them.

Their problem? They offer too many amazing resources. Yes, you read that right. The sheer amount of benefits was information overload and overwhelming new members with analysis paralysis.

The solution? I came up with an email series (sent over 90 days) that helps consolidate this information into digestible, bite-sized pieces.

The result? A near 20% reduction in new member drop-off rates.

CRAIG 1300TM Campaign

CRAIG is a product that fuses fun with data dashboards. He turns the complicated task of data aggregation from daunting into something easy and approachable. CRAIG is cute, CRAIG is crafty, and CRAIG gives firehouses with minimal resources access to data insights to help save lives.

Here's an email campaign I created to first introduce CRAIG to our send list, and later, offer his services at a discounted rate.
